- Is there a limit on the number of teachers per cloud?All cloud subscriptions includes:
- Unlimited teacher accounts
- Unlimited cloud admin accounts
- Unlimited number of student groups
- I want to use the free plan, do I need to enter my credit card details?No, you will be asked to enter your credit card details only if you choose to use one of the paid subscription plans.
- Can I cancel an active subscription?All Ananchik subscriptions are cancelable at any moment. If you choose to cancel you subscription you will be able to continue using Ananchik until the end of the month already paid for. After that your cloud will still be available on Ananchik (unless you explicitly delete it) but will become a read-only cloud.
- Can I change my subscription and move to another plan?Definitely. You can move your cloud from plan to plan freely at any time. Cancel the previous subscription (do notice however that the plan cancellation takes effect only at the end of the month you already paid for), purchase a new subscription and transfer your cloud to the new subscription by using our web interface.
