Ananchik is suitable for individual teachers who wish to use it for managing their classes as well as for an entire school staff who wish to manage the school information as a whole in a secure and easy way. The system makes managing student groups and classes a breeze and enables inner-school information sharing in real time without an effort.
What does a "Cloud" in Ananchik means?
First of all, the data in Ananchik is stored in the cloud, like Gmail for instance. This means that the information is saved on secured servers on the internet instead of the users personal computer. This way your information is available to you at any time (given that you entered your user name and password of course).

Secondly, in Ananchik there are internal "Clouds". These clouds are private spaces in which groups are created and into which you can invite more teachers. Usually a single "Cloud" serves for an entire school year but Ananchik is a flexible software and you can use these clouds as you see fit.

I have noticed that the login is done through Google. Does this mean that my data is saved on my Google Drive?
No, the data created during the usage of Ananchik is stored on dedicated and secured servers. The data is not accessible by anyone unless you explicitly share it with them through the application or web interface.
